Privacy policy

This page covers what quorumrow.com collects, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it. We keep it short because there isn't much to it.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into our 2 forms.

• Workflow audit and design partner requests: your name, work email, company, phone (optional), role, industry, annual revenue range, what's happening at your company, and the workflow you want us to look at.
• The Operator Brief: your email address.

The site doesn't run analytics, ad pixels, or tracking cookies. Our host keeps standard server logs, like IP address and browser type, to run and secure the site.

How we use it

Audit and design partner requests are used to reply to you, schedule your session, and prepare for it. That's it.

Your Operator Brief email is used to send you the brief, 1 email a month.

Who sees it

The Quorum Row founders. We never sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

A few service providers handle it on our behalf so the site and our inbox work. Vercel hosts the site and runs the form handler. Supabase stores form submissions. Microsoft 365 runs our email. They process it for us and for nothing else.

How long we keep it

We keep audit and design partner requests for up to 2 years after our last conversation, then delete them. If we start working together, your details move into our client records instead.

Operator Brief subscribers stay on the list until they ask to come off.

Your choices

Email us to see, correct, or delete what we have on you. To stop the Operator Brief, reply "unsubscribe" to any issue or email us, and we'll take you off the list.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
